“Needed to update my husband’s iPhone and went to this location. Isaiah and Kyle were fantastic! Isaiah walked us through the entire process and made the swap easy. He has great customer service skills and is an all around nice young man. He even placed my husband’s screen protector on the phone for him! Kyle was equally kind and made sure we were comfortable, talking with us as we waited for the phone data to transfer from the old to new phone. All around great experience and wonderful employees. Not overly pushy or fake, just genuinely nice guys who want to help. Easily 5/5!”

“Was looking to purchase a new iPhone and as soon as I walked in the rep ( Skyler) immediately stepped up to assist . He was very friendly and helpful . I was stuck between the iPhone 15 plus and the pro max . He made it very easy for me to choose ! lol . Set up was a bit of a hassle due to changing from a physical SIM card to a ESIM , but Skyler stayed on top of it and made sure that everything was done right the first time . He even talked me into buying a case from Verizon ( which I never do because of the prices ) . Thank you very much Skyler for your help ! Loving my new IPhone 15 Plus ”
“Realizing that it is 20 times more likely that a person will post a bad review when they aren't happy than a good one when they are, I have to put in my two cents. I would not have any other company than Mediacom provide my internet service. We have been with them for many years and have very little problem with the customer or technical service. Yes, it goes out on rare occasions, but they are always diligent to get it back on as quickly as possible. We use Roku streaming since we cut the Dish Network cord (there's a bad review) and have had only minimum issues with the internet connection. It is worth every cent we pay for Mediacom high speed internet. There, that's my two cents.”
