I went in today and had a great experience. They were able to help me with my problems, they were fast, and most importantly they were approachable. I'm not a people person so its always a good sign if I don't hate the people, lol. Thanks!

The rep I spoke with did all he could do to help me but the problem come from call in customer service which I give a half star nothing consticen with them.will visit store for better service plan and explanation.

ASK FOR Sam Williams he gave me exceptional customer service, friendly, and very helpful. Amazing example of a great employee that shows good work ethic and the type of person you would want helping you at the T-Mobile.
