I went in today and had a great experience. They were able to help me with my problems, they were fast, and most importantly they were approachable. I'm not a people person so its always a good sign if I don't hate the people, lol. Thanks!

Went in to get home internet came out with home internet and 2 cellphones now where my experience get bad is I purchased 2 cellphones and the guy ask me did I want the protection plan on both phones yes I stated. As one is for my husband and the other is for my grandson both who are destructive with phones, so the associate and I ??? as my husband was standing there with his old broken phone. So we finished with the sale long story short, we gave our grandson his phone a little early as it was a Christmas gift he dropped the phone after slamming his finger in the car door. We took the phone back to the store thinking ok since it had only been 3 or 4 days and I purchased the protection plan they would be able to replace it nope the guy I think purposely didn't put the protection plan on my grandson phone because he know we would be back to purchase another phone. We'll nope not going back, and Im going to finish the contract and not deal with t-mobile again. ???????????

The rep I spoke with did all he could do to help me but the problem come from call in customer service which I give a half star nothing consticen with them.will visit store for better service plan and explanation.

ASK FOR Sam Williams he gave me exceptional customer service, friendly, and very helpful. Amazing example of a great employee that shows good work ethic and the type of person you would want helping you at the T-Mobile.

Very helpful staff. Heath was just all around a great guy. He answered all of our questions and really helped us out with what we were looking for. I haven’t had genuine customer service in a long time and it was truly a breath of fresh air dealing with Heath!

I just recently transferred to T Mobile and the entire store / Staff is amazing. No matter when I visit the store, it’s always a great experience. Even when I was not a customer, just asking for questions they were great. Glad to be a member of the T Mobile family.

I am not a T-Mobile customer, but I want to tell you how the team at T-Mobile helped me. I was running late to pick up my grandson, it was pouring outside and I hade bags full of stuff from Bath and Body Works (8 large candles and 8 lotions). My bags got wet and the lotion bag busted open and fell all over the ground. The candle bag ripped down the side but luckily the candles didn’t fall out. A customer saw this and helped me pick up the lotions and the team grabbed everything for me, dried it all off and put it in t-mobile bags and then in a box so I could get it safely to my car. THANKS SOOOO MUCH T-MOBILE!!

The store is nice but the answers from the help is limited because of the abilities to the training of the people that trained them. I was told to go to a T-Mobile owned store for what I needed, and at arriving there they said that it could have been handled there and as I stood there 2 other customers came in from the same franchise store, like me just wanted to get a problem solved. I have liked T-MOBILE since 1999 call me whatever creature of habit, but we only want service when we really need SERVICES.I J S = I'M JUST SAYN

Before going to this location we had terrible customer service at a third party store. Jeanna and AJ were both extremely patient, knowledgeable and helped straighten out every issue we had in absolutely no time at all. Go here if you need help!
