The stylist Keshia MESSED my hair up!!!
Andie and Shane both took time off their schedules and fixed my hair FOR FREE.
On top of the managers gave me my first service for free since it was absolutely horrible, even when I expressed it wasn’t what I wanted Keisha tried to argue with me!!
If you’re looking for a great stylist in ulta make sure you choose Andie or shanae… NOT KEISHA!!!

Best service ever!!!
I stopped in at Ulta Valdosta the other day, and was helped by not one but 2 associates so I left with exactly what I needed.
First, Samuel.
So sweet and helpful! I was looking for a nighttime moisturizer for extremely sensitive skin, so he took me to the section (not his), but when I kept naming specific ingredients I needed to avoid, he went and got someone who knew a little bit more- which I so appreciated! I’m really tired of people acting like experts because it’s easier/faster, and then I go home and break out.
Enter Taylor, good listener and extremely helpful.
She put me into a brand I’d never heard of, and my skin feels so hydrated in the morning.
The store was clean, checkout fast, and I left happy.
Check out this gem of an Ulta, and don’t forget to ask for Taylor or Samuel.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and discomfort regarding a visit to your Ulta Beauty location in Valdosta, Georgia, with a friend. As a loyal Ulta customer who enjoys exploring different store offerings, I was initially excited to visit this particular branch, especially given its wider selection compared to my local Albany store. However, our experience was severely marred by the behavior of one of your associates.
the moment we entered, we were having fun looking around enjoying the sample fragrances and products the store offered. We moved toward the back where they held the skincare products we noticed an employee with long brown hair and glasses, primarily stationed in the skincare section at the back of the store. What began as a subtle presence quickly escalated into what felt like deliberate and intrusive shadowing. Everywhere my friend and I moved, this associate was conspicuously present, consistently within our vicinity.
Her behavior was far from the attentive, helpful presence one expects in customer service. She offered only a single, perfunctory greeting, and that was only when my friend made direct eye contact, clearly having noticed the persistent following. This lack of genuine engagement, coupled with her constant, obvious surveillance, created an intensely uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. It felt less like customer service and more like we were being treated with suspicion, undermining the entire enjoyment of our shopping trip.
Having worked in customer service and retail for a considerable time, I fully understand the necessity of vigilance, attentiveness to shoppers, and loss prevention. However, there is a professional and discreet way to manage these responsibilities. The associate's actions were anything but discreet; they were glaringly obvious and profoundly unsettling. Her persistent shadowing made both my friend and I feel so uneasy and targeted that we ultimately decided to abandon our shopping and leave the store.
This experience was a significant disappointment. What should have been an enjoyable outing turned into a source of frustration and discomfort. We left feeling so unwelcome that we both agreed we would not return to this specific Ulta Beauty location. It's truly a shame, as I genuinely appreciate the Ulta brand, but this incident has left a lasting negative impression. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent other customers from experiencing such an inappropriate and uncomfortable shopping environment.

QuiJana was very helpful, she went out of her way to assist me with finding a fragrance that I was looking for. I appreciated how she went to check to see if it was in stock and how she let me know when to expect it on the shelves again.

RUN DO NOT WALK! I had my hair cut today by Keisha M. I come from a big city and used to a certain standard when it comes to hair cuts. Since moving here I had not found any that came even close to what I'm used to...until TODAY. I booked my appointment online, super easy and not only the haircut...but the entire experience from shampoo to finished style was 100000/10. Keisha knew exactly what I wanted going from medium length hair to a shorter modern bob and she NAILED it. Phenomenal woman, Phenomenal service. I will never go anywhere else again and already recommending her to everyone I know. I'm never one to gate keep when it comes to something that is beyond exceptional and this right here with Keisha...is it.

Terrible experience! Wanted to try out a new product but was unsure of the shade. Went searching to see if I could find someone to help me. There was not one soul to be found. I seen a gentleman walk by to the register with a ear piece so I assumed he was the manager. He went behind the register and started taking care of the line of guest. I stayed in the aisle trying to continue to find my correct shade. I spotted the man again as I was coming out the aisle. I asked was there someone there that could help me get shade matched?. He said yes I will call someone to help. He called someone and she came to the aisle. Absolutely not one ounce of personality. I spoke to her and her response was you need to be matched?! I said yes. She asked well what have you tried already? I told her. She grabbed some shades and started walking. She never said right this way or lets find different lighting nothing. I just followed her. We went to a small counter and she applied some samples to my face but by her tone didn't seem very confident. The shade she matched me with was not in stock so she stated the shade above would still work because it was so close. She said if you don't like it just bring it back. I also asked about other products such as the shade of setting powder and blush that would compliment as well. I asked would this shade of setting powder be the proper shade? And what about this blush do you this bold shade would work? And she said yeah that should work. No effort or anything. Not at one moment did she smile or give any sign she wanted to be there at work. Another guest walked by and asked did she work there? and she said yes, but I'm with a guest right now and walked away. The experience at the register was just as bad! I was going to order some additional items that were out of stock and have them shipped to my home but I will just order them online. This was by far the worst experience ever and after I return this foundation I will never go back!

I'm a dude that has spent more time here than I care to admit. But its always clean, the staff are professional, and most items are decently priced. Just wish there was a military discount.

I came in to find a few products , and one employee noticed I was struggling , stopped her stocking activities and came over to ask to help me. She spent the the next 45 minutes with me helping my find concealer , foundation , and other products. She was very informative and sweet. I will always recommend anyone who comes here to speak with Ashton. She really made me feel seen and heard especially being 89 years old.

Always love shopping here but the past two times I had two different people at the register who were just so rude, especially after I declined signing up for a credit card. It’s like a literal switch as soon as you say no to the credit card— employees shouldn’t be forced to sign people up to things that could potentially stump their credit but I doubt corporate cares about that.

The staff are very helpful and are will to go out their way to help. To the post that Sara Rich posted I was there that day at Ulta and everything you said in your post are all LIES. I saw that woman trying to test bare minerals out and then the only screaming being done in the store was her not the associates. True Karen
