Absolutely worst experience I've ever had at a Walmart for the second time in two weeks. I went through a attended register with a cashier who didn't hand me my receipt as I left and the door lady gave me attitude and looked me up and down like I was a criminal when I had to go have a receipt printed out by the cashier. This time the maintenance man mocked me when I explained I am disabled and the front ladies room being out of order would mean me having an accident by the time I made it to the rear facing restrooms. I was horribly disrespected and wouldn't wish the way I was treated on anyone

I've been shopping at Walmart just like all of you since they opened and having everything delivered since 2021 .. I can't go in the store anymore without taking an extra xanax . THIS REVIEW is of what happened two days ago and then about a week prior . The week prior the delivery said a female was coming but it was a man with her that they saw in the photo she took . I heard them pull up and said I was coming because my doggy gate was up . I asked them not to put anything without a bag on the ground, well she did anyway and her man was practically shoving the bags at me. I finally said stop everything and hand me my items first off the ground. I said my porch is clean but not enough to put it it right in my frig . So she started throwing the rest of my bags at me and left. The ONE TIME WALMART ANSWERED THE PHONE was this one . The manager pulled up my order almost $200 and saw my complaint first to the help desk online and said she was banning this female from delivering for Any Walmart Anywhere ever again. Thank you to that manager..I wish I got her name. SECOND STORY Real quick and short. It was after the snow when they opened back up I was tracking the female on the app. Then it shows a pic and said delivered. Not my porch help desk gave me her number and I already saw her name. I called her and said you delivered my stuff somewhere else you need to go get it and bring it to me . She said you live at 206. I said no 200. She said well walk down there and get your groceries yourself and hung up. I put in a dispute against her so she also can no longer deliver for walmart..
I can't get anyone to answer the store phone for two days now. These things are rare , I usually have a great experience with them but why don't they ever answer the phone.. THIS IS JUST A JOKE but if I was angry and calling in a bomb threat , I'd have to give up because they never answer

Went today after the snow (2 days ago) and the sidewalk between the entrances is one sheet of ice.....shame on Walmart Manager for not getting it cleared!

If you are going to require that I use a specific Lane when doing spark delivery, the least your store can do is make sure that only spark drivers are using that lane! You have us blocked off to three registers, I would say four but the fourth one is always down. If you're going to force me to use a specific lane, it is your responsibility to ensure that only spark drivers are using that lane so we can get in and out and take care of our customers! The cashier's tried, they talked to the store manager about it, and the store manager won't hear it! I may have to cease taking spark orders from this location if that's how it's going to be.. both of the other Walmarts in Valdosta make sure that the spark lanes are only used by spark drivers, or they allow us to use any. So sick of poor management at this store

I love Walmart, but walking into our Walmart compared to other Walmart stores shows either the lack of employees or disorganization of management and staff. The shelves are almost always very bare, there's always pallets of stock being brought out but its just sitting there waiting for closing time I assume. You don't see people stocking anything like you do at other Wal-Mart stores. Its hard to find staff on the floor to help you with anything. The ones that are on the floor are usually standing around taking to another employee and get an attitude when you interrupt them. There are several employees lately in the woman's clothing section near dressing rooms and jewelry that are always most helpful, polite and always either stocking things straightening racks or helping other customers. If all employees did that it would be a better store. I know Walmart stays busy but if they kept stock on the shelves instead of waiting till after closing to stock people would go there rather then drive and extra 30 miles or more to go to a different Location.

Do not take your car for service.
Worst experience ever! Also, Don't even think about calling them because they will not answer the phone. Ever!! Called Corporate office 5x. Matter still not resolved.
