the help must be still in high school because they can be rudely direct when you question them or ask them to repeat. They are not well versed and seem bothered to help you. worse CVS I have ever worked with as far as customer service!

their customer service6is horrible. they do not answer the phones, the drive thru should not take 20+ minutes when we only have 3 cars in line. I've been on hold on the phone for 29 minutes and counting. I'm switching pharmacies. this is unacceptable, Wanda Muoio
