“My husband and I went to Lowe’s10-30-23 at 1:30pm with a plan to purchase a washer and dryer. Once we found the pair we wanted, we waited patiently for the lady in that department as she helped a customer. After the customer left, we no longer saw the department representative. My husband went to another department to see if someone would be able to assist us. They informed him they would send someone over. After waiting for an additional ten minutes, we decided to ask the WONDERFUL Jessica in the kitchen cabinet department. Although the washer and dryer section was not her department, she gladly offered her help. She placed our order and she made sure we left 100% satisfied. HUGE kudos to Jessica who went above and beyond in customer service!”

“I work and have to work till lunch some weekends. On the weekends is only time I have or my family.Got a flat week before on my utv order a tire came in at 12:00 on the next Saturday.Rode around All tire places close at 12 on Saturday apparently. They where open $15 and 15 min out the door”
