“I want to brag on 3 employees that works for the Villa Rica store. Allasia(not sure of spelling), Nicole, and Josh. When I tell you they are the most sweetest, and most generous employees. They have patience and very helpful. I think I was the most difficult customer but they never once made an excuse not to help. They answered all my questions and helped me in every way possible. I want to applaud them.If you have any problems with your phone, I recommend paying them a visit.”

“Tayo was absolutely amazing! Even though I arrived less than 30 minutes till closing time, he did not hesitate to assist me. He was patient, understanding, positive, calm, knowledgeable, reassuring, and overall one of the sweetest, kindest humans I have met. Although the young lady who came out from the back mentioned they don't usually do phone transfers at the time I arrived, Tayo graciously continued to assist me without making me feel I was inconveniencing him. The other gentleman present was also very kind, understanding, and made me feel welcome. I am so glad I walked into Tayo's location when I did. He was my angle sent from above. Beyond grateful. :0)”

“Excellent customer service! Tried 3 different times to get help by calling customer service on 611 and was given the run around and literally lied to and told the reason i had no signal was that i i needed to get a new phone or a new sim card. So i went to store to get a new sim card and i didn't even need one. The staff fixed the problem in less than five minutes. I also was told by 611 that my due date was the 17th of the month when i have always paid my bill on the first of the month for 5 yrs. I paid on the first as usual but they cut my phone off on the16th and said i missed a payment. The staff at the store spent over an hr getting this straightened out and called me back on the 18th to make SURE i still had service! Now THAT is what i call customer service!! Wish i could rate them 10 stars!!”
