“Have used their service for almost a year. The facility is so nice and clean. It has great lighting and security system put in place. If you need a storage this is a great place.
Update: Just turned in my unit, the process and service was awesome the entire time. Denise is so responsive and has the best customer service. I would recommend this business to anyone in the area.”
“List all the amenities that you want your camper and RV storage facility to have and I guarantee you West Georgia Covered RV storage has them and more!They have 3-sided covered and uncovered spaces all on paved and secured lot. With covered spaces 12′ wide and up to 70′ long. The lot is laid out for wide turns making backing in easy and space between rows for carefree parking.They have an area with an air-conditioned, restroom, water, vacuum, hose for washing your RV, fresh water fill, dumpster, and a dump station.Easy access off interstate 20 and exit 26. These are owner operators, and they have not farmed out the management of this place to some third-party. When you need something, the owners are accessible and friendly.Rest assured, your camper is not in a facility with sheet rock contractors, remodelers,or Storage Wars folks. This is only RVs, fifth wheels, travel, trailers, and recreational vehicles.If they don’t have space available for you, get on the waitlist, it is worth it!Kelly is the owner operator and the nicest person you will ever work with.10 stars.Highest recommendation.”
“I have been pleased with the cleanliness of the facility in Douglasville itself . I do however have changes in my billing charge regularly for the same unit I purchased a little over two years ago. It is an expected business practice that they go with market rates in the area. However, there is no opportunity for matching with other businesses which I feel is a necessary component to that rule. I spoke with Dustin about that today by phone. The recommendation of an employee by the name of Dustin, a representative of possibly the Douglas office today by Phone should be commended for his professionalism as well as patience
in a complex situation. He is an asset to your company. I appreciate his assistance and competency.”
