“Today my boyfriend stopped by our storage unit to get a couple of things out , and he locked himself out of his Tesla due to leaving his phone in the car ( all while inside the facility ). He walked to the front office to ask if someone would help him all he needed was a phone to download the app. The old white woman at the front refused to let him in after he pleaded for help, shut the door in his face ( wouldn’t even allow him in the establishment ) and THEN told him to hold on while she tries to help another customer , and then proceeded to shut everything off in the office and ran to her car as if he was going to do something to her!! This is all happening at 10AM! She then told him she doesn’t trust people when she meant to say is she doesn’t trust BLACK people!! This establishment is RACIST!!! Thank God for the Good Samaritan family that came and actually helped him!UPDATE:My boyfriend reached out to the manager, and he was very understanding, and polite about the situation as well as noted the situation should have been handled differently. He has restored our confidence in their customer service going forward.”

“Last year, I used this very same location and had a bad experience. After calling it in the 1-800 number, the agent immediately took care of the situation and gave me a voucher that pretty much paid for our moving truck. Because of that, I decided to give this store another try and I was not disappointed. We picked up the truck on a Saturday afternoon and returned it within the next 24 hours. The employees were very friendly and accomodating, and the guy that took back the truck from us was also very pleasant. The store was clean and the trucks were good as well. The only thing I wish can change is the mpg their trucks have!! We had a 17'' and that big boy guzzled 7 miles to a gallon! whew!! but other than that, I highly recommend! It's right off the exit ... avoid pick up/drop off around rush hour since their location can be hard to get to during those times. Happy moving!!”
