“We are from out of state so we signed a lease here site unseen.. we have been here for 2 years now, going on three! Everyone is very kind, we feel super safe with the community being fully gated, and Maintenance has been incredibly helpful any time we’ve needed them! Maintenance also waves to us every time we see them out and about! They alone receive a 11/10 from us. Also, we had one small problem and when we called the leasing office girls, they were super nice and prompt at solving the issue!

The apartments are spacious and well maintained. Our bedrooms are also quite spacious (2bed 2 Bath). Nice spacious walk in closets and a nice, cozy deck to go sit outside on and drink some ice tea with a good book! It’s pretty quiet/peaceful! There is a dog park and a small park for kids to play!

The only negative I have is that we haven’t been able to use the pool much because it’s been closed down at odd times, which is disappointing because that’s one of the main reasons we chose this apartment complex originally. But it happens!”

“The leasing staff is amazing. They’re very helpful and understanding. They keep the property up pretty nice. Any time I’ve put in a ticket, maintenance has taken care of it fast and with no issues. I really enjoy the property events for residents, it is always a good time! I love Sandpiper it’s a home away from home!!”

“This is amazing property close to hwy and shopping. The property is doing some upgrades to the units. The management and staff are super knowledgeable and friendly.”
