“Since I moved in out here in Sandpiper with the new management in place the neighborhood has definitely improved. I had a few issues with the previous property manager and residents but now I can tell there has been a change in the air. I also call and ask for Lisa she is the best and is friendly and helpful.
The new maintenance staff is amazing .... I have been here for almost a year and I would definitely renew my lease ....”
“I recently toured this community and had such a wonderful experience! The office staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and informative. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire touring process smooth and enjoyable.
You can really tell they care about making future residents feel comfortable and excited about possibly calling this place home. The property was beautiful and well-maintained, and the positive energy from the staff truly stood out. I’m definitely considering making this my new home!”
