“Sometimes all of the washing components work, sometimes they don't. Sometimes it's shutdown and you can't get in. Also they usually put cars right on your butt which makes me nervous because I've seen an accident because of that. However, I wouldn't change. Tidal Wave is located almost every where we travel... and we travel alot.”
“This guy did such an amazing job detailing my car! He's VERY, VERY thorough and meticulous about the way he handles your car. When I say amazing, I mean a-maze-ing! Weeks ago, my lawncare person kicked up some grass that got all over the back of my car. I went out in the rain a few days later. By the time I came back, the rain rinsed away the grass on my car and it STILL had that beautiful polished, like new look. Even my son asked me about the shine on my car, lol. I'll be calling this guy back, for all my detailing needs. Highly recommended!”
“Miss Catina and Miss Lakesha have Great customer service and always bring positive vibes to the establishment. Every time I stop by they always have the same positive attitudes dealing with all customers.”
“I've been going here for a while to have my car hand washed and vacuumed out. They have always done a fantastic job and I will keep going back. And the owner is a very nice lady too.”
“Dog wash station is a great addition; however it would make cleaning the pet much easier if the wash stations were properly maintained with adequate soap and conditioner as there was none. Lucky for my pet she has a mom that packs all supplies required just in case.”
“In my experience; they are the most humble people I've met .
2010 Mazda engine and transmission no problems and very clean. Today, I go back with my best friend to help find her a car also.”
“I had my 12 yr old van’s interior detailed. Results were amazing: dash and instrument panel were restored to like new from dull and dried out looking; leather upholstery was again soft and shiny; carpeting was restored to pristine. Pricing is reasonable, and staff is friendly, thorough, and reliable.”
“Stephanie was very helpful. This is my first time here at in the market. She was extremely friendly. Help me find everything that I was looking for even gave me some friendly advice about the lotto. I will keep coming back cause I said just around the corner. Stephanie is definitely keeper. Thank you so much.”
