I was considering opening up another bank account and I went to Truist on Watson in Centerville. The lines were long, it wasn't inviting and especially not the atmosphere I was use to in other banks. I was looking around and felt uneasy while there leaving immediately.

My first time in this place. The lady that took care of me was very professional and willing to help. Great customer service. Keep up the good work!!!!!
