My first time visiting this FedEx location in Walmart on Watson Blvd. I was greeted by the store manager. She was very professional, friendly and had a attitude that was infectious. I just moved from Atlanta to Warner Robins and had been going to another location. I will definitely be returning back. It's vital to any business of who deals with customers so FedEx you did well!! We need more of your store managers.

Ms. Ophelia, Thank you for all your help today. You really went above and beyond helping me print, slip sleeves over my 3 shoe boxes (like putting on spanx). Fed Ex should show how grateful they are to have such a valuable in employee!

JADEN ROCKS! I had an urgent print need one day 2 weeks ago. Jaden returned from lunch to find me at the head of a growing line. Despite his “IN TRAINING” status, I think he had been there only one week, Jaden single-handedly covered the line with poise and efficiency, juggling several people’s stories to handle the EZ in / EZ out folks quickly to pare down the line. Then he expertly queued the rest of us as he worked on our needs. He remained calm and pleasant throughout. A biz treasure!!Please schedule some help for him though as I’d hate for him to burn out. You need him!

DON’T USE FEDEX - they can’t seem to deliver packages on time I shipped a package Wednesday, April 27, 2022 and was given my options and I chose delivery by Friday, April 29, 2022. THE PACKAGE DIDN’T ARRIVE UNTIL MAY1, 2022. The contents had to be thrown away because it took too long for the package to arrive. I should have learned my lesson from the last time I shipped the same item and FedEx kept delaying the shipment and it arrived more than two days late. Trust me, if they give you a date, don’t believe it - you can add at least two to three days to whatever they tell you! On both occasions, the items were for special occasions. I’M NOW SEARCHING FOR ANOTHER OPTION FOR THESE DELIVERIES THAT CAN ACTUALLY DELIVER WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. The lady at the FedEx office in Warner Robins is so nice, but that is overshadowed by the inability of the carrier to actually deliver the packages timely. I will call customer service and complain. Not only did I pay for something that didn’t arrive when they said but the time and effort preparing the contents and packaging was costly also - however, this didn’t compare to the disappointment of the content being unusable!

As a customer, when you call to get help you should not be ignored and told I'll connect you to customer service when I already told you customer service sent me to you for my request. Very rude and unprofessional and they are a manager of the location.

I went in around 5:30 (8.13) with little idea of the best way to ship my package and was greeted by Jose. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. I was concerned about my items being damaged during transit. Jose listened and ensured I was at ease when u left. Way to go Fed Ex for having him as the face for you.
