Ms. Ophelia, Thank you for all your help today. You really went above and beyond helping me print, slip sleeves over my 3 shoe boxes (like putting on spanx). Fed Ex should show how grateful they are to have such a valuable in employee!

Ms. Ophelia is such a bright light! She is oh so kind and just wonderful to talk to. Her customer service skills are outstanding. Her store is very clean and organized. Thank you for your hard work Ms. Ophelia! It does not go unnoticed, you are awesome! :)
