I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at this branch. Everyone is kind and helpful, I rarely have to wait in line, and the bank itself is a wonderful value. I wouldn't bank with anyone else.

RFCU is an AMAZING Financial Institution. Mrs. Rubinski gave me phenomenal service from the time I spoke with her on the phone until I completed my appointment. She helped me open several accounts. I will definitely become a loyal customer. Also, I want to note that all the staff made sure I was taken care of from the time I entered the doors.

Robins Financial Credit Union earlier this year took over the bank that we had a "business account" with. The young man that was in charge of that account ignored the repeated notifications from RFCU and I recently took back control of the checking account.The lady at RFCU was Very helpful and in a few minutes we had straightened out what I needed to do to order new checks and receive upcoming statements.Houston Lodge #35 Widows Fund thanks them for their assistance!

There was one thing I feel needs to be addressed. The ATM needs sun valance, I couldn't hardly ready the information asked of me. My eyes where so sensitive with the sun blaring on the screen. Please check it out

They are a wonderful institution and they have good rates but don't know how to service businesses very well. Lines are too long no area for just business banking so you can get in and get out. They need to make several changes to adapt to business customers. They have been trying for many years but still not any closer to being that much better than a local bank. Could be they just need a change in middle management or change in policies.

I have been a member for quite sometime. Each time I went to get a better rate Christy Preston has been outstanding. Not only for auto but other loans as well. She exemplifies what other bank associates should emulate. I enthusiastically recommend her for all of your banking transactions.

I had a great experience getting my 3rd auto loan from here all thanks to my representative Trey Martin. It was a two day process due to some unforeseen circumstances on my end, and throughout period of starting the loan and actually signing for it he was super patient with me and was great about getting back to me with information and answers to my questions. Always had a positive attitude and you could tell he really annoyed helping. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone!

Zero star for this case. Sorry to say that this Brick and mortal type of Bank rejected my LLC Business Account, just because it is a Self-Directed IRA business, which is regulated and in-compliance to IRS rules of Self-Managing your own IRA fund. They allow to open an IRA account, which means Robins FCU is the one that will manage the fund for the member. They do not let you go by the right to manage your own, which allowed as per IRS regulation. Very disappointed. I find an online bank that welcome any new members to open Business Account, and all done in minutes via computer-online , no need to wait for a long and slow process in the building of a bank.

Great bank. Good people. But at a time like this yall need those atms to be maintained. I waited in line for 30 mins for the atm at hwy 96 to be told i could not deposit money cause it was full. So was the one next to it and the other two at the houston lake. Now im told I need to wait again in line just to talk to a person an hour and a half total thats not cool.
