“My visit to Winterville PO today was the best experience at a PO I have ever had. Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff, beautifully kept & clean. This is truly a community establishment.”
“I had to send certified mail for the first time and they were very helpful in explaining what to do and getting it done correctly even with a line waiting. The stamp machine is also very easy to use.”

“Some how a package of mine had been marked with the wrong zip code. Instead of being sent to me, it was sent to the town over. Once I had realized the problem, I frantically tried to remedy the situation to no avail. It was very difficult to get ahold of any one and I really thought all was lost. My last chance was to call Bogart and see if they could help. I spoke to a very nice gentleman who actually listened and cared enough to look for my package. He found my package and I was able to pick it up. I am so thankful to have finally found someone who gave me the time of day. Thanks Bogart USPS!”

“The reviews scared me but I had a great experience dropping off my package! The lady who helped me was very nice and there was no line so I was in and out in 2 minutes!”

“The women working today are doing phenomenal. They're cruising through the line like a hot knife in butter. Thanks for getting me in and out, through a line, in under eight minutes!”
