“Dec. 10th. I went in and switched from Verizon to T-Mobile.
My Sales lady was Shermekkia, she was GREAT. She spent over 3 hours helping us pick out phones, plans and getting everything switched over. A Lot of the 3 hours spent, was Verizons fault, they did not make it easy.
While our phones were transferring everything, Shermekkia was assisting other customers, as they were very busy. She was continuality checking back on us to see how it was progressing.
The past few days I have found T-Mobile to be a little weak on
coverage in some spots, but if every place had employees, such as Shermekkia, they would have a successful store.”
“I have had then for 6 months now. A lot of peopleare complaining about missed appointments and other things but i have had no issues. I have had timely responses every time i contact then by phone. And the 2 times i have had hardware problems i wall into the office and i walk out within 3 min.”
