“What a great experience everytime I visit the store. The staff are so knowledgeable and experienced in their job. I had a major problem with my phone? Brandi and her assistant? I'm so sorry, I forgot her name? But these two ladies were awesome, awesome, awesome! In helping me resolve my problem?Spectrum mobile has been wonderful to me! And I want to thank the kindness of service they give their customers as they enter through their doors! And kudos 👏 to their beautiful manager! Keep up the good Work! Job well done!”

“I want to post a review in response to the person who complained about wait times. With the exception of one year that I was with AT&T (and returned), I have been with Verizon since before Verizon was Verizon. I bought a Motorola bag phone from Cellular One in LaGrange, and I can't remember what year that was. (The only reason I switched to AT&T for a year was because I live over the line in Alabama, and their service was better. For only one year.) I have *never* had less than stellar service at this location, and at this location's former location. And yes, I have often had to wait. When you have walk-in customers, it's a fact of life. And when you see that your wait is because the customer is asking basic questions like "how do I use this thing?", sometimes you just have to suck it up, buttercup. They have always taken the time with me that they have taken with the people ahead of me. And yes, one of my questions was stupid. When my iPhone 6 Plus stopped charging, the CSR simply took out a little tool and cleaned the lint out of the input, and politely told me this was a common problem with the Lightning connectors.”

“I recently visited the Verizon store at 1468 LaFayette Parkway in LaGrange, GA 30241 with my grandfather to help him get a new phone after someone compromised his Apple ID. The situation was complicated, and my grandfather was understandably confused and frustrated throughout the process. Alphonso Dyser, the representative who assisted us, was incredibly patient, respectful, and professional the entire time. He clearly explained our options, helped us gather the necessary documentation for Apple, and never once showed frustration — even when he had to repeat himself multiple times. His calm demeanor and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. I truly appreciate the way Alphonso treated my grandfather with kindness and dignity. This level of service is rare and deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Alphonso, for your outstanding help!”
