I went into this metro store to port a phone number, everyone was nice and polite a young African American guy was very eager to help me. I was obliged, and proceeded to get my new phone and phone number ported. No problem, I left with my phone and number ported but not until a couple of days ago when I contacted 611 that I find out that my name on the account isn't correct, my 8 digit passcode which I did not create at the time of the swap was locked to my account and the password that I did create was not on my account, birthdate is wrong and also the zip code the guy said he put in is also incorrect, Idk something very fishy in the air. these are the people we trust with our info!! WAKE UP, Your number is connected to your banks, credit cards, Zelle, cash app etc!! this needs to be looked at closely !!!

Ive left comments before about how foul this location & it's employees are butThey have since hired new people & I just have to say Maddie is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL CARING & EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!!I never in my life would recommend a winder establishment or business for anything cause I've had nothing but bad experiences but Maddie definitely makes it worth your time! I honestly can't recommend enough!!

I have been with metro for along time. So I go to the Winder location alot never the same employees. Maria from Athen location was working there all about customer services!! Then went back a week later and met Austin and great service!!! You need them to to run that store!!! Thank you both for all your help!!!

I believe the rude lady (Hispanic with a ponytail) I'm speaking of is suppose to be the manager. Not sure what her title is but it should be rude cause that's definitely what she is! Power struck actually and not friendly at all! She don't want to be a help but wanted to correct (in a embarrassing way) the employee who was trying to help every chance she could get. The other employee was really nice and wanted to help but that other one needs to go back and get some training on proper customer service. Guess she came from T-Mobile and think she's better than metro customers and employees but cooperate will hear from me on Monday morning.

Awful the way they are set-up.Very confusing as to who owns which store as they are not Corp. Some are,most are not.Corp Stores and independent stores are all different in inventory in each store.Worse the customer no service over the phone cannot speak on behalf of phone makes models prices etc. Because each phone satellite is different.Never enough help.Customers are Always rushed.There should be an option to choose to make an appointment If customers choose to do so.This way there is 1 on 1 time to discuss in depth what each customers needs per plans phones are .Instead there is always a line of people waiting in line and you get your 10 minutes if your lucky.And to think I've been a customer all so many many years.I think it's time to fire whoever they are now, "metrobytmobile" goofy name.Much more too say,but,I will save it for another day.??????????????????
