“Post office clerks are great. The mail carrier who delivers my mail gets a straight up 0. 2 weeks ago, she scanned a package as delivered. However, it wasn't at my mail box. I went to the PO in Dacula to let them know. Later in the evening, it showed on top of my mail box. My address was clearly on the label. But the carrier had written in black marker 369 TW. I'm 352 TW. How do you mistake that? This is a reoccurring event and I'm always getting others mail and 2 to 3 of the same sale papers in my box on the same day. I think that's to lessen her delivery time. The more she puts in each box, the less boxes she has to stop at. When every box on the route should receive that mail. I've complained about this and it just keeps happening. My packages are left on top of my mail box when she gets paid to deliver it to my door. Like where do y'all find these people? When I was a rural mail carrier, things were different.”
“There was a mixup with my postal box at my new address, and Natashia contacted me the day I filled out a service request with USPS and took the initiative to help me. She was very proactive and communicative, and worked with me and frequently reached out to me until the problem was solved. I admire how diligent they were about the situation and am very impressed with the customer service.”
