“The only reason I didn’t rate a score of 10 (5 stars) is because of how much my rent increased over the years I’ve been leasing with CubeSmart (since 2019). I don’t understand why the loyalty of your customers is penalized with yearly rent increases yet new customers get better rates (at first). When I moved in my rent was around $125 and Jan. ‘24 had I stayed would have been $398! However, I will say Anna the Manager, located at 714 Loganville Hwy, Winder which is where I rented, is absolutely fabulous. She went above and beyond to help me whenever I needed anything. She is proof that a person can be both professional and personable with their customers. I have seen her out sweeping and working to keep the property nice and clean. She is great at her job and a wonderful person. I usually asked for Anna or made a point to come in to pay when she was there because she is so nice but the few times I interacted with Fred was a pleasure as well.”

“We moved from SC to GA and needed a storage unit. After sifting through the different options and reading the reviews, we decided to go with the 10'×10' unit CubeSmart.When we arrived at the office to sign our lease and get our unit, we were greeted by Penny. She was very kind and answered all of our questions before we even had to ask! Penny showed us how to operate the gate, she held the gate for me while drove out moving truck through, and she even accompanied us to our unit to show us how to open, close, and lock the unit. I can't say much about the actual unit because we've only had our stuff inside of it for a day, but if the customer service is any reflection of the unit quality, I'm glad we chose CubeSmart on Atlanta Hwy.Thank you for all of the help, Penny! ?-Andrew & Mary Ruiz”
