“I had a great experience working with Angie! I recently had a concern with my storage unit, and she was incredibly patient, polite, and helpful while working with me to find a solution.
She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my options, and make sure we found something that I was comfortable with. I really appreciated that she didn’t make me feel rushed or dismissed and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I left satisfied.
Customer service can make such a difference when an issue comes up, and Angie handled mine wonderfully. Thank you, Angie, for your patience and for going above and beyond to help me! I truly appreciate it! 😊”

“I rented a storage unit from storage 53 for 6 months and it was a very positive experience. Any time that I had a question they got back with me very quickly. I would never hesitate to rented there again. You won't find any storage facility anywhere with nicer people.”
“I had a very positive experience with Storage 11. The staff were always friendly and accommodating with anything that I needed to address. They also support veterans with a discount which makes them stand out in my book. They were a pleasure to work with and I would do business with them in the future.”
“Could not have picked a better place to rent a U-Haul from. The entire team was helpful and I want to give a special shout out to Bill for going above and beyond to make the process smooth. This location offers everything from storage units and RV storage to U-Haul rentals and moving accessories. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable service and one stop convenience.”

“I have been a customer for a long time and I have never had any problems. The ladies that work here are wonderful! I needed to speak to someone today but got off work a few minutes after closing. I called anyways and they still answered even though they did not have to… I definitely recommend this place!”
