“I have been a customer for a long time and I have never had any problems. The ladies that work here are wonderful! I needed to speak to someone today but got off work a few minutes after closing. I called anyways and they still answered even though they did not have to… I definitely recommend this place!”
“Kimesha made the whole rental system easy and quick. I rented a cargo van and the app was confusing but she took care of it including my late night return. She was friendly, efficient, and professional- what more can you ask for?!”
“I had a great experience working with Angie! I recently had a concern with my storage unit, and she was incredibly patient, polite, and helpful while working with me to find a solution.
She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain my options, and make sure we found something that I was comfortable with. I really appreciated that she didn’t make me feel rushed or dismissed and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I left satisfied.
Customer service can make such a difference when an issue comes up, and Angie handled mine wonderfully. Thank you, Angie, for your patience and for going above and beyond to help me! I truly appreciate it! 😊”

“This was our third time using this moving company and while things didn't go perfectly, the owner bent over backwards to make things right. We all have less than stellar days and it helps to be reminded of that and give some grace when there are hiccups.”
“My husband used to rent a unit here since he does laan work, and Alex has been an amazing help. She's very communicative and honest. Thank you for making our renting process a breeze and vacating process as simple as possible. Hope all goes well, but if we ever need to rent again we know where to find you.”

“We have never had a bad experience using them!! The customer service can’t be beat!! We have had several units with them over the years and they treat us like family. We are actually using them again. It’s worth the extra miles to be treated right and know your stuff is safely stored by trust worthy people who don’t continually raise rates frequently. Highly recommended!”
“I had a very positive experience with Storage 11. The staff were always friendly and accommodating with anything that I needed to address. They also support veterans with a discount which makes them stand out in my book. They were a pleasure to work with and I would do business with them in the future.”

“I'd be very happy with Carl Mini Storage if it weren't for their being rats inside my storage unit and eating up my stuff. This year has been really bad. But I'm happy with how much it cost me compared to some of the other places.”
“Sarah thanks for making our day better than it was. I knew once we entered and you greeted us that we picked the right location. I am big on communication and I am glad you made our day better than it was. Clean unit and above and beyond customer service. Job well done.”
“Not a "State of the Art" facility.. however.. for short term storage needs.. very cost effective. The shop next door (Hayes) runs this location. Everyone there has been extremely helpful!”
“It was pretty fast for me. The wonderful part is that they offer overnight parking at their #2 building. I arrived around 3am and overnight there. My appt was set for 2pm. The office opens at 7:30am. Clean restroom, coffee and excellent service at their shipping office. They start giving door around 8am so you’ll get a call to assign you a door. My load took around 1hr maybe less. They come out and put the seal on the trailer.”
