I had a very positive experience with Storage 11. The staff were always friendly and accommodating with anything that I needed to address. They also support veterans with a discount which makes them stand out in my book. They were a pleasure to work with and I would do business with them in the future.

I have to say that every single time someone needs something and is having trouble with it, no matter what it is Samantha Bookwalter always goes above and beyond to see it's done even when she's off the clock or weekends.

This is by far the best experience I've had with a storage facility. If you want a company that still gives actual customer service to their customers, this is the place to go.I thought actual customer service was a thing of the past.
