Then you get an email saying your package is at the store and you go pick it up. Easy. The ladies at the checkout and working the floor area, are always friendly and know their stuff. Lots of reasonable priced clothes and accessories to choose from. I have literally spent many a dollar at different Cato stores over the past 20-25 years.
