“We rented a parking spot for my daughter and the property manager was very nice and found her safe spot located near a camera. The staff was helpful on site as well as over the phone. It was very easy to rent over the phone and they had the most reasonable prices for parking. This is a great alternative if your student isn't able to get a parking permit at UGA.”

“Great customer service from Jessica and Leslie. There was a fire in a nearby unit and we needed to get everything out of the storage unit. We use this unit for our son who goes to UGA. He was out of town for Christmas break and we live about 7 hours away. Instead of making us drive down to move our stuff, she offered to have it moved to a same size unit at no cost. Going the extra mile means a lot!! Jessica and Leslie were great! Both were super friendly and accommodating.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience, and highly recommend. Our closest rental spots didn’t have the equipment we were looking for (9’ cargo van) so we tried this location, and it was by far the best U-haul experience we have had. They have everything: every size you can think of, tons of packing supplies, storage facilities, two bays for hitch installs. We received great, attentive service (even making sure we’d meant to buy a furniture pad when we were renting others). The van itself was clean, well maintained (my kid noted that the Freon in the A/C had to be fairly fresh as the A/C was walk-in cooler cold, a blessing in the August Athens heat!), and best of all, priced appropriately. We weren’t sure how many trips we’d need, but the owner/manager (sorry, we weren’t sure) gave us the best deal for mileage at my high estimate, and it was dropped back down to the actual use soon after drop-off.”
