“Strickland is great for an oil change, employees are very nice and will even do a full vehicle check while the oil change is happening. I’ve been here 3 times, and everytime they are super nice, friendly & up front about what’s getting done/may need to be done. They go above and beyond compared to other places I’ve been!
I also wanted to shoutout an employee, I didn’t get his name but the receipt said “JS”, he was a personable curly haired blonde man. 10/10 customer service, thank you!!”
“Knowledgeable and professional team at TRUE Automotive. I brought my Challenger to them for a PDI and to have the fault history pulled from the car before I decided to finalize buying it. I've been doing my own service most my life. I've been a hobbyist and in industry adjacent businesses for 20 years. 3 years later I decided to bring my car back to TRUE Auto for tires and additional service, and am still very pleased with them. Nick, Tristian, and their entire team are the right kind of professionals you want working on your car. They knew the right quality of parts and tires I would want, and gave me a fair price for the parts, fluids, and labor.
