Pros: confidence knowing you are working with Ford affiliated technicians (I think). Reasonably accommodating & friendly. Fairly efficient.
Cons: cramped lot, not ideal & outdated. 3% charge to use credit card?? - Lazy Service advisors won’t even leave office to get your mileage and VIN.

They open at 7am on Saturdays. Hours completely torched my Saturday because I didn't get here early enough.

The service department needs to learn a thing or two from Quick Lane! I’ve always had a great experience with the quick lane service, but the service department is a total nightmare to deal with! Honestly, if you’ve got anything that quick lane can’t handle, go somewhere else!
