The score is for ALL the branches. It’s impossible to contact a live person, when you call any branch it takes you directly to a few options or to leave a message for them to return the call, no one calls back. Amazing! Fees are ridiculous

Kenya Wise is the senior relationship Banker on the hwy 92 branch and she is fabulous! As long as I have been going to this bank she has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Always very polite and you can tell she is happy to help her customers. Not only that but she is extremely reliable and tentative. Truist needs more bankers like her who care. Kenya is always fast to solve problems and very informative when trying to get questions answered. Thank you for being the kind and wholehearted person you are. The manger Angela on the other hand is a different story...

I was just denied service from the older white lady banker who sits in the open office in the front, because I came in 15 minutes before closing. I wanted to open up a new bank account but she told me she wouldn't be able to serve me since they were closing soon. Any good business would always accommodate their customers (especially when you're about to receive a new customer) even if it's right before closing. This place lacks professionalism and customer service!! I'll be reporting this to corporate!

This bank is the worst since TRUIST took over. Wants to charge you fees on top of fees without help on an account. We haven't used the account in a while and was just sitting there..so they decided to charge a fee...then they overdrew our account, so they charged more overdraft fees for the fee they CHOSE to do. Won't waive them. Crooks

I needed to close some accounts on behalf of a family member and was in town for only one day to take care of this. They were busy on a Saturday and the banker Iris stayed past hours to help me. All the staff was courteous and attentive and I appreciated the service I received.

This bank has treated me well since I opened and account here 2 weeks ago. Jackie, a teller, truly helped me out and got my day started right by providing me help in releasing a hold on my paycheck. She is professional and attentive.

"The number dialed is not valid"What?I'm trying to speak with someone local about fraudulent activity that has occurred from my husband's card WHILE he's in the hospital unable to use his card. Non-american based representatives at the toll-free number. Refunded the amount then this morning it's gone again? I already had plenty of reasons to look for another bank.

VERY slow personnel....it seems they don't really know what they're doing or maybe they don't care....I've been to this branch several times over the last few months, this is the slowest branch I've ever been too...this branch NEEDS HELP....worst experience at a bank EVER..

DO NOT MAKE A CASH DEPOSIT THROUGH THE ATM!!! THEY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT AND IMMEDIATELY REVERSED IT. PRETTY MUCH STOLE $1000. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE GOING TO MAIL ME A CLAIM, DO AN INVESTIGATION, AND THEN DECIDE IF I GET IT BACK. I HAVE THE RECEIPT. BE CAREFUL. NEVER DEPOSIT CASH THROUGH A MACHINE. Update: ten days later decided to cash a truist pay check. Decided to deposit $2000 of that cash to my account. Inside this time. Credited me $100. Called again. Two people later told me my cash deposit had to clear. To verify the cash. The cash out of thier vault. Did me the courtesy of fronting me $100 in case of an emergency. Better be a small emergency. Two in a row! YOU GO TRUIST!!! Another update. Now it's three in a row!

The wait times are unbelievable simple deposit and I sit at the drive-up window for 15 minutes.Has not improved at all last three visits I've set there 10 to 15 minutes one guy who had the window blocked must have been there 20 -25 minutes no idea what you can do sitting at a window that long.....

This place was a good bank under the SunTrust name. My wife and I opened our first account in 1987. Truist is nothing short of mass confusion. The statements made prior to the merger were false regarding disruptions. Go to a credit union where you will be treated as a valued member.

Customer service rep resentative Fallon offers the best Customer Service I have seen in about 15 years. She is very very very quick and efficient. True it should consider their self very lucky to have her on their team. I would give 10 stars but only five was available. Great experience. Thank you.
