The score is for ALL the branches. It’s impossible to contact a live person, when you call any branch it takes you directly to a few options or to leave a message for them to return the call, no one calls back. Amazing! Fees are ridiculous

Why would you put 1 teller on Saturday’s? Makes no sense. I wait 25 min to get $100 in change. Ridiculous.
