Truck Rental in Woodstock, GA

“I got there almost 5 minutes after closing on a Saturday. The guy was actually getting in his car to go home. But he opened back up for me and was super friendly and helpful and rented me a locker in no time. He explained everything and it was very easy. The facility is super clean and organized and very secure. Highly recommend.

Follow up to that. I needed to get a bigger one later and Samantha was super helpful and actually talked me into the right size rather than try to sell me something I didn’t need. Great company great people.”

“I reserved 2 U-Haul Boxes to transport containers from state to state. I had the pleasure of speaking with Stefan on many occasions. I had so many questions and he was very patient, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. I can't say enough about how wonderful he was to deal with. Stefan made this tedious task a good experience. “We rented a one way truck in PA and returned it here. In my experience (I've rented several), one way rentals are the ones they are ready to retire or the ones they want another region to be responsible for repairs/maintenance on...

The truck we were given in PA had about 145k miles, but drove comfortably for the 700+ mile 12 hour trip. It had minor leaking in both the cab and the box, and an issue with the a/c fan cutting out on the highway. I let them know about the issues, and the owner came out to the truck with me, documented the issues and said he would ensure that they are repaired before someone else gets the truck.

I also picked up a one way truck there a couple of years ago (driving to TX) and it was also a higher mileage vehicle, but had no issues.

Although others have reported issues with this location, I've found them to be good on both of my experiences there.”

“It took some time getting checked in as I stood in the gas station store. An elderly gentleman had made a call to figure out what to do. Upon return, customer service was excellent. For $37 including mileage I was able to get my furniture moved.”
