“Shaleen, was awesome from start to finish with our truck rental. She was professional, responsive, and easy to work with, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure all the details were handled correctly. We felt confident throughout the process.”
“A1 Mini Storage made my U-Haul trailer rental experience smooth from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and had everything ready to go when I arrived—no waiting around or confusion. They took the time to explain the hookup process and made sure I felt comfortable before hitting the road.
The trailer itself was clean, well-maintained, and performed exactly as expected. Pricing was straightforward with no surprises, which I really appreciated. Overall, excellent customer service and a hassle-free experience. I’ll definitely be using A1 Mini Storage again for future rentals!”
“Mario and Adam were great! They helped me get a rental truck when Penske couldn’t help me. Great prices and they were very professional. I highly recommend this company! Quick, friendly, and professional service. Trucks are in great condition as well.”

“Awesome staffing - everyone went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Super friendly people all around. I highly recommend this location. Tow lights weren’t working and the staff checked fuses and found the issue. They could have just said sorry buddy. Great job! 👏🏻”
“Craig and his team was amazing. We were greeted so pleasantly and taken to view out storage unit. The storage and property was so clean and it was by far the best rate around. Awesome customer service and I would recommend everyone to give them a call if you need a uhaul or storage. They will not disappoint 🙂”

“The service reps at the Kennesaw location were ALL EXCELLENT! Very personable, friendly and efficient! Had Uboxes shipped from Maryland to this location and when it was time for the move out, they made this process very seamless. Vera (I believe her name) was friendly and accommodating. I even left something in the Uhaul, and they had it waiting for me the next day. Great team. All seem happy to assist.”

“They were out of my size truck but worked to get me another utility vehicle that did serve my needs. Jake was very nice and followed up to ensure everything worked out. Thanks for everything. I will be back!”
