Aulani's Garage is a trusted family-owned and operated automotive service center in Aiea, Hawaii. They do good work with polite and professional service. The shop provides fair quotes, great communication, and trustworthy service all around. They are honest when explaining what repairs are truly necessary versus what is simply a "nice to have," which is helpful for customers on a budget. While their location is a bit cramped, drop-off and pick-up are described as super convenient and smooth. The labor price is noted as fair and parts are priced fairly too. They are quick, with service like safety checks often completed within 10 to 30 minutes while customers wait. The staff is incredibly kind, thoughtful, patient, and helpful. They give updates throughout the day and recommendations are appreciated. The business is often slammed but manages appointments well. They service the local community, including the Salt Lake, Aiea, and Pearl City areas, and are highly recommended for future repair needs.
Rolled into the shop Friday afternoon to get an appointment for my vehicle inspection. Received an appointment the very next day at noon. Showed up at 11:40am and was out of there by noon. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend for safety inspections! I didn’t know they were appointment only but luckily they had same day openings while everywhere else was booked out a month. I was in and out within 20mins!
