“It was a wonderful surprise on Sunday afternoon to find out that Oil Changers nearby was open! “First, I got my seat cover from Walmart. Of course it was a lot cheaper than customized one but the problem is the quality is so bad and it does not perfectly fit. I decided to do the seat covers here again and now I think I should have come to this place from the beginning.
If you have relatively expensive car or you care for your car, you might as well doing the covers here.”

“Dex went above and beyond to help us when our car suddenly died at a nearby gas station. I have never experienced the level of customer service and generosity that he showed us that day. His prices are fair, he is honest, kind, and stays within his estimated time for completing repairs. We now drive all the way from the Windward side just to have Dex work on our car and we’d have it no other way! I cannot recommend him enough.”
“Should have just towed Taco in under my AAA plan from the start after Garrick informed he could squeeze me in. Instead, I started futting around wasting time guessing why truck was on again, off again, trying to start. After finally being towed into the shop just before noon, the problem was quickly diagnosed and Brad installed a new starter and ready for pickup by 5:00. Lesson learned: don’t hesitate to call Eddie’s for help. Let them quickly handle everything correctly. Longer you wait is time wasted and lost for other priorities. I learned this lesson after 5 weeks of frustration, including new battery, terminal connectors, etc. My first experience with Eddies: OUTSTANDING!!! Big Mahalo to Eddie’s.”

“Had an issue with my driver's side window suddenly not working while taking care of some morning items. The nice lady on the phone scheduled me the same day, was very polite and very clear about the process if parts had to be ordered. The technician went right to work when I arrived at their shop and was able to fix the issue within 2 hours. The level of professionalism and efficiency was very much appreciated!! Would recommend this business to anyone that needs their window or glass issue resolved correctly.”

“Needed some tires mounted and balance and I was in an out of there in less than an hour. Earl gave me a quote over the phone and he was very knowledgeable and explained what I needed thoroughly. The technician was even able to transfer my TPMS sensors to my new tire set up. Not to mention the price was very reasonable! These are honest hard working folks and I will support local business over big chains any day. I highly recommend you check them out!”

My brake lights would not turn off causing my battery to drain while the car was off. The part that was needed had to be ordered. I received a phone call from Brian the next morning instructing me to bring in my car. I received a phone call an hour and a half later while I was at the bank telling me my car was ready for pickup. What stood out from this repair was the exceptional service and customer service I received from Brian. Brian’s customer service skills made me feel like I was at a restaurant or hotel but for cars. They say all their work are lifetime guaranteed so if any issue just bring it back and they'll make it right. If you let them They give you updates through text. Which is helpful when you need to nagg the insurance adjuster lol.”
“Excellent experience and customer service. Zoey was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and really took the time to listen to my situation and work around my timeline.
I brought my vehicle in for an insurance claim, but because I’m moving to the mainland very soon and the necessary parts would take about two weeks to arrive, I wouldn’t be able to have the actual repairs completed here. Despite knowing that I would ultimately be taking the vehicle to another shop for the repair, Zoey still took the time to put together a complete estimate so I could provide it to my insurance company and move forward with the repairs after my move.
I really appreciated that because they were essentially taking time out of their day to help me even though they knew they wouldn’t be making money from the actual repair. Zoey was friendly, communicative, accommodating, and genuinely interested in helping me find the best solution for my situation.
That kind of customer service says a lot about a business. Thank you again, Zoey, for taking care of me. Definitely a 5 star experience!”

“What a pleasant experience at PCAW (Pearl City Auto Works). I had 2 electrical problems with my vehicle which required a partial disassembly of the dash. PCAW correctly identified the cause of the electrical problem and corrected the problem and reassembled the dash to its original condition using great care as my vehicle was a 2000 Ranger and the clips etc. required extra care to prevent breaking. A special thank you goes to Shay for her assistance in scheduling my appointments and keeping me informed as to the arrival of parts needed and the status of the repairs to my truck. I will definitely be a return customer.”
