I was very happy with the service I received at the Aiea location. Kawai was very good at managing the patients by herself and 1 trainee. Usually staffed with three phlebotomists, she managed 4 patients: 2 children and 2 adults. She did an excellent job finding my vein and taking my blood.

Terrible company. Poor processes. Don’t even have my correct contact info. I’ve updated numerous times. Who’s running the show?! Stay away.
