I'd like to share that their outreach person did contact us and issue a refund for the cost of the test. While I was upset that I wasted 2 hours waiting for the clinic to open (after making an appointment weeks ago), It does mean a lot that they tried to make up for it.

Sent bill to collections, no attempt to process through insurance or contact me by phone. Beware if your doc sends stuff to this place.

They r temporarily located upstairs in suite 404 and therefore do not open til 6:30. Unfortunately u won't know this til u get there at 5:30am and read the sign. Anyways...ended up with major bruising.
