“Long story short: Cut a good deal for me, removed my old screen protector and replaced it for me perfectly with no air bubbles or dust, and now I have a brand new looking phoneLong story: I asked about replacing a cracked screen protector and he gave me a good deal on it. He took off the old screen protector for me no problem, and he took his time when replacing it to carefully get rid of all the dust. My new screen protector works great and has no bubbles at all. It was very convenient to have him remove and replace the old one with perfect placement and no dust bubbles, as opposed to trying to do it myself and getting a crooked screen protector with choke bubbles underneath. Definitely recommend!”

We are an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory calibrating torque wrenches to 2000 foot/pounds, pressure gauges to 16,000 PSI, Fluke and all brands of multimeters, insulation testers, temperature, humidity, tachometers, light meters, wind speed, sound meters, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other hand tools, conductivity, and more. One week turn around is typical. Expedited service is available for a fee. Same day is do-able if you're in a bind. Pay with credit card at location or via click-thru email link sent to your A/P at time of service. Closed on Friday to perform on-site calibrations. Give us a ring if you have any questions.”

“Mr Tam is one of the last of the old time audio service technicians out there, possibly the last one in Hawaii that I have found. He is very good at what he does, has pride of work, will tell you if something is not worth the money to fix on an economics level and when he does work it is first class. I took him an old preamp that was very good but I was looking to make better with a capacitor upgrade kits I got online. He first told me it was a very good preamp and he doubted that it could be made better. He did the work as I requested, tested it and pronounced it excellent. He also told me that the caps that were in there originally were very good mil spec level and that this was a good preamp to keep, gave me the original caps in a bag. That was about 3 years ago. I would go back there for work in a minute.”

So he did some research, and came back a week later with some extra screws. He took it all apart, installed the missing screws, and voila!!! You can gauge the quality of a person's customer service by their attitude nearing or after shop hours -- Eric was polite, engaging, and listened intently to my needs!I quickly set up an appointment with him. Eric is very professional and responsive. For the labor required, Eric's price was very reasonable! He does pick up and drop off.Eric quoted me a week for return time, but got it done in 5 days! I did a load right after his leaving and set the dial to "hot", but the water was tap temperature. l did leave a msg on his phone, just asking a simple ?, but he never ret'd my call. Perhaps he was too busy.Other than that, Corn was efficient!”
