“Came into store with 2 and 3 y/o to drop off a wedding set to tighten the diamond settings and restore white gold plus a pair of earrings with the intention of asking for the best way to clean at home. Aunties behind the counter were playing with children while Paul and I could talk. Paul was knowledgeable and friendly and I cannot emphasize how reasonable the price was. Picked up the ring and I’m just blown away. It looks brand new. Diamond earrings with new backings and cleaned. Talk story to another customer already there and she mentioned she makes trips from big island for Paul to work on her most valued jewelry because she doesn’t trust anyone else since she moved from Oahu. Highly recommend.”
“The owners are so nice. They always know how to take care. They can custom make something for you or at least try to get you what your looking for and that's what matters. Most places won't even try to help you. They are right next to Kim Chee 7 and 7-11. If you go there before or after lunch it is easy to find parking.”

“Came in to have two of my 14k rope chains fixed. They were my grandmother's jewelry and I needed to repair a link and replace the clasp. The sales women were so professional and easy to order the repair with. They estimated it would take 6 weeks but it was done in less than 2 weeks. I am definitely pleased with the quality work done on this repair. Paid a total of around $200 for soldering (the broken link) and replacing the clasps (to lobster claw) on two separate 14k rope chains. Prices were comparable at other placesDefinitely recommend them for their customer service and convenient location”

A big MAHALO to your wizard Jeweler, John. I’ve bought and traded several spectacular pieces with this jeweler over the years. Days ago, John offered me a truly important gift for which, I have been unsuccessfully searching for over the past three-years. I am a severe diabetic with frequent, life-threatening events. My MEDIC ALERT bracelet had a weak link and scares me as it drops off frequently. Yet, every other jeweler in the area I pleaded with was unable to fix the link unless, I left it overnight… “NOT!”

“Found out about The Diamond Fairy thru my employer's HR Symphony Marketplace deals - free ring inspection and cleaning. On their website it indicates they also perform on-site repairs and resizing in addition to offering retail sales of diamonds and jewelry. I've been putting off repairing my wedding ring and band for years mainly due to laziness and NOT other motives like my husband probably suspects . One of the prongs holding my Diamond became disconnected to my band and gaining the Covid-19 lbs didn't help with "squeezing" my bloated finger into now a bit tight ring. Emily at The Diamond Fairy was very helpful and efficient. She quoted a fair price to solder my prong back and to add gold to increase size of my rings for $150 and was able to get it done for me in just a few hours! Great service and quality of work!”
“I was gifted a Hawaiian barrel pendant for our anniversary after Xmas 2023. Sad to say but the chain was 4 inches too short for my neck and I ungratefully needed to make an exchange as black trimmed Hawaiian jewelry was not for me. Today we finally made it to the store and were helped by owner Linda. First time hubs purchased from there. She understood I was interested in a bangle or ring or earrings instead. She graciously and patiently allowed me to see and try on a few of her rose gold( my favorite) pieces. Right now there is a 60% + 10% off sale going on. We ended up paying almost double what the original purchase amount was but at least I can enjoy and wear my new bangle with flower and Maile leaf design. Clasp don't fail me. Thank you hubs.”

“My wife and I went here a few weeks ago, at another store’s recommendation. We need to get our wedding bands downsized. Fantastic customer service! We were able to walk in without any need for an appointment, and were helped within a few minutes. The pricing was super fair and the wait time was fast. We went shopping at Pearl Ridge in the meantime and then they called us about 60 minutes later once the work was done. They were also very patient with us as we kept reducing the ring sizes to find the right fit. Highly recommend!”
