“Bought a pinky signet ring from uncle. He said free resizing for life. So I asked him how do you make money. He said he takes care of customers. In this day and age; it is important to treat your customers fairly. Uncle is still working hard, loves his job and is apparent he loves his customers. If you are in the market for jewelry, I cannot recommend this shop enough. They will take care of you, answer any questions and make sure you love your product!”

“Came in to have two of my 14k rope chains fixed. They were my grandmother's jewelry and I needed to repair a link and replace the clasp. The sales women were so professional and easy to order the repair with. They estimated it would take 6 weeks but it was done in less than 2 weeks. I am definitely pleased with the quality work done on this repair. Paid a total of around $200 for soldering (the broken link) and replacing the clasps (to lobster claw) on two separate 14k rope chains. Prices were comparable at other placesDefinitely recommend them for their customer service and convenient location”

Friendly service, and a great selection of clothing items for reasonable prices--was able to purchase a silk, hunter green colored dress that was on sale, and couldn't be happier! “The owners are so nice. They always know how to take care. They can custom make something for you or at least try to get you what your looking for and that's what matters. Most places won't even try to help you. They are right next to Kim Chee 7 and 7-11. If you go there before or after lunch it is easy to find parking.”

“There are a lot of SALE signs around the store so I wanted to just check it out. I got $4 jade bracelet for my daughter which is a steal because swap-meet isn't even that cheap! I didn't really care weather the quality was good or not because my daughter will eventually lose it or break it. My husband wanted to check out their gold chains which were 50% regular price. They have 1 year no interest financing which is approved upon credit. Peth was helping us and she was very nice and realistic about the prices. I'm not sure about purchasing anything besides gold from here but our experience was good and they give you a free gift if you make a purchase so that was thoughtful.”

“I was gifted a Hawaiian barrel pendant for our anniversary after Xmas 2023. Sad to say but the chain was 4 inches too short for my neck and I ungratefully needed to make an exchange as black trimmed Hawaiian jewelry was not for me. Today we finally made it to the store and were helped by owner Linda. First time hubs purchased from there. She understood I was interested in a bangle or ring or earrings instead. She graciously and patiently allowed me to see and try on a few of her rose gold( my favorite) pieces. Right now there is a 60% + 10% off sale going on. We ended up paying almost double what the original purchase amount was but at least I can enjoy and wear my new bangle with flower and Maile leaf design. Clasp don't fail me. Thank you hubs.”

“Found out about The Diamond Fairy thru my employer's HR Symphony Marketplace deals - free ring inspection and cleaning. On their website it indicates they also perform on-site repairs and resizing in addition to offering retail sales of diamonds and jewelry. I've been putting off repairing my wedding ring and band for years mainly due to laziness and NOT other motives like my husband probably suspects . One of the prongs holding my Diamond became disconnected to my band and gaining the Covid-19 lbs didn't help with "squeezing" my bloated finger into now a bit tight ring. Emily at The Diamond Fairy was very helpful and efficient. She quoted a fair price to solder my prong back and to add gold to increase size of my rings for $150 and was able to get it done for me in just a few hours! Great service and quality of work!”
