“The Honolulu Costco is cra cra, it’s like the rest as far as products but hardly any security. People hardly had to show their card that day and anyone could walk in. There was some dude eating a poke bowl right out of the plastic container on top of the men’s clothing stand. I doubt he had a membership and obviously was scarfing down the food.
Shopping? It’s always sooo crowded no matter what day you go. It’s obvious they need to build another one in the area for the city.
Hawaii Kai location is great! Nice people not over crowded, easy to get to and secured. I’m not sure which Costco I’m reviewing because I searched up both a few weeks ago.”
“Went for a pick up and the guys were very nice, but they gave me the wrong item. We wanted to schedule a delivery but the scheduled time was inflexible and did not work with our work schedules because they only could give us a 2-hour window that we couldn't customize. They loaded it in our car at the warehouse, and when we got home, we saw it was incorrect and larger than the dresser we ordered. We called customer service and they wanted us to reload the dresser and bring it back to return. We told them that because it was their mistake, we wanted them to come grab this dresser and drop off the correct one since we live 30 minutes from the warehouse and the dresser was incredibly heavy. I will update this review based on customer service's response.
Updated: they had the correct dresser delivered next day by an external company. They remedied the issue very quickly. Updated the review to 5 stars.”
“Stopped by their location by the airport. Mario was super nice and helpful. Everything there was high quality and smelled so good, my mom wanted to eat the soaps. Haha. Mario said they also have a store in Haleiwa and ABC stores sell their products. A good gift to take home to friends on the mainland. Look out for Bubble Shack products!”
“These guys have the BEST macadamia nuts ever. Better than the big brands, better then anything from ABC, better than anything from Australia.Plain roasted and salted is all I need. I eat pounds of them!”
“Easy place to get to. Every time I’ve gone it’s been a quick in and out. Tell them what you need, fill out your name and address, then you’re good to go. I believe it’s also open the first Saturday of every month as well as during the week.”
