“always have a great experience shopping at Costco! It’s my go-to place for quality products at unbeatable prices. From groceries to household essentials, everything is well-organized and easy to find. What I love most is the value—you really get more for your money without compromising quality. The fresh produce, bakery items, and ready-to-eat meals are always top-notch. Plus, their bulk options are perfect for saving both time and money. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the checkout process is usually quick despite how busy it can get. I also enjoy the food court—it’s a nice bonus after shopping! Overall, Costco makes shopping convenient, affordable, and enjoyable. Definitely a place I keep coming back to! ?✨”

“Went for a pick up and the guys were very nice, but they gave me the wrong item. We wanted to schedule a delivery but the scheduled time was inflexible and did not work with our work schedules because they only could give us a 2-hour window that we couldn't customize. They loaded it in our car at the warehouse, and when we got home, we saw it was incorrect and larger than the dresser we ordered. We called customer service and they wanted us to reload the dresser and bring it back to return. We told them that because it was their mistake, we wanted them to come grab this dresser and drop off the correct one since we live 30 minutes from the warehouse and the dresser was incredibly heavy. I will update this review based on customer service's response. Updated: they had the correct dresser delivered next day by an external company. They remedied the issue very quickly. Updated the review to 5 stars.”

“Stopped by their location by the airport. Mario was super nice and helpful. Everything there was high quality and smelled so good, my mom wanted to eat the soaps. Haha. Mario said they also have a store in Haleiwa and ABC stores sell their products. A good gift to take home to friends on the mainland. Look out for Bubble Shack products!”

“It's Costco! It is worth the drive to visit Waipio and Kapolei stores. Want to check Hawaii Kai soon 3-29-26: hoping to see some items return like steamers (small frozen clam dish you microwave) but otherwise they do an excellent job at Iwilei”

“Easy place to get to. Every time I’ve gone it’s been a quick in and out. Tell them what you need, fill out your name and address, then you’re good to go. I believe it’s also open the first Saturday of every month as well as during the week.”
