“I never write reviews, but this team is solid. I have come here multiple times and they are all so knowledgeable and never once did I have to come back because a wrong part given to me. I'd most like to highlight an employee, Cesar. Solid braddah. If he is able to, he even comes out to install the part for me. Solid braddah, but overall, solid Team at OReilly Ewa Beach.”

“Baba's Auto Gloss is an exceptional business! The team there is an absolute pleasure to work with and were true to their price and time estimates, a rarity with many businesses these days! Paul and Willy were very communicative and flexible, and a joy to work with! I had my hood and tailgate replaced and repainted and I couldn't be happier with the results! The color matches perfectly and everything was put back together as good as new. This is the kind of business I feel good about giving my money to! They are the epitome of service with a smile!”

“I'm brand new to the island and Detail Garage has helped me find people who share the same interest as me. But to also give me the ability to protect and clean my car, the way I need to the customer service and the sheer amount of product that they have here is unmatched anywhere that I've seen on oahu, the store team Chris, Heaven, and Noah have been an absolute ASSET not only to me but my Business and my car club. Hes helped me network and meet all the right people and been available for all of my questions. They also offer some really great classes such as Detailing or even Polishing to help people learn more advanced techniques for their vehicles. I truly cant say enough good things about this team.”

“I thought my car had an alignment issue but the alignment shop I was at told me it was my front tires that needed changing. Costco does 4 tires only and I would've waited days for my appt. I called JA and they took me same day and the tire swap and balance was crazy fast. 5 star service easy.”

“Oka’s was great to work with. Someone hit my back bumper. They handled everything and I mean EVERYTHING! They worked with the insurance carrier even though it was out of the network, got the estimate approved, booked my rental car and provided lots of updates on the repairs. When I got my truck back the damage was completely fixed and looked brand new. But that’s not all! They even washed my entire truck AND detailed my rims and tires. They really made my whole truck look brand new. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had with an auto body shop!”

“I was in an accident recently - someone ran a stop sign and barreled into my truck - and I ended up with quite a bit of front end damage. After working with my insurance agent (shoutout to Jeremy at State Farm!) I selected Kuroda as my body repair shop. I called and they were able to get me in for an estimating appointment right away. At my consultation I was assigned Shanna as my estimator - she walked me through the estimating process (outlining what I should expect not only from Kuroda but from State Farm as well), and then walked me around my vehicle to inspect the damage and take photos. Shanna was very thorough and found damage that even I wouldn't have caught or thought of. We talked through some options - and decided on a plan that worked best for me. After I left the consultation she had the estimate done within 24 hours - so fast! Unfortunately they had to order some parts (not in stock) so it took about 10 days to get my truck in the shop but I felt that was a fair timeline for having to bring in the parts. When I dropped my truck off I was met on-site with my rental car (so convenient!!). My truck took about 6 business days for the repairs and Kuroda kept me in the loop the whole time. I was notified on a Friday morning that my truck was ready. I was super excited to pick it up, and wanted to have it for the weekend, so I left work early (3pm from town) to head to Kuroda in Waipio. You'd think that would have been enough time to make it but the traffic gods had other ideas. There was an 8 car accident at the H1/H2 split causing a massive delay - traffic was at a crawl and I was stressing out. My GPS had me at Waipio after 5pm :( I called Kuroda and told them the situation and they said they would wait for me! They were so nice! Most others would have punched out at 5:01 for their weekend but the ladies at the front stayed late so I could get my truck. I ended up there around 5:15 and was so grateful!! Shoutout to Kuroda for the wonderful service and for fixing my beautiful truck!”

“If I could give this auto body shop more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! From the very first phone call with Shania and throughout the entire process, she was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. Getting into a car accident is stressful, but they made the entire repair process so smooth and worry-free that I honestly forgot I had been rear-ended. Knowing they are Tesla-certified gave me complete confidence that my vehicle was in the best hands. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and communication throughout the repair exceeded every expectation. My Tesla was returned looking absolutely flawless, as if nothing had ever happened. It’s rare to find a business that combines technical expertise with such exceptional customer service. They turned a stressful experience into an easy and positive one, and for that I am truly grateful. I highly recommend this shop to anyone—especially Tesla owners—who wants quality repairs, honest service, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you for making such a difficult situation feel effortless!”

“Late review cause I forgot to give them props in a timely manner. Watch the Champ Show: "If it ain't the best I don't give it to you." He was right about NAPA. Needed to replace my wiper blades. Called ahead: they looked it up and had it ready in the 10m it took me to get down there. The lady explained what I needed to do and added psychically "If you have trouble, come back and we can help you put it on." I never should have left. Broke-anic that I am, I broke the part (found out later I was lifting the tab when I should have been pressing it, dummy). Anyway came back all shame and told them I broke it. THEY GAVE ME A NEW ONE FOR FREE, THEN ONE OF THE GUYS BEHIND THE COUNTER CAME OUT AND PUT IT ON IN LIKE 2 SECONDS, NO PROBLEM. He did it so fast and easy I automatically laughed out loud! And he wasn't sour faced about having to do it, neither did he make me feel stupid. The guy was real gracious and humble and just quietly explained how he did it. The lesson? Go NAPA: they know what they doing and they nice about doing it.”
