“The customer service is truly top notch. I lost my keys to my truck top and was desperate to get them replaced. They were booked but managed to squeeze me in. Due to an accident on the freeway I was late to my appointment- so embarrassing! I felt so bad but they waited for me at the end of their busy day and could not have been nicer. I not only got a new lock and keys, they fixed my top so it fit better, and all for a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Aloha Toppers! Don walked our business through everything, the issues, problems, delays in parts, everything! He would contact us every step of the way and let me know on a weekly basis how it was going and kept in contact with me personally by text. The vehicle came out perfect in the end, and although it took a while to get the vehicle back, that had nothing to do with Dons work, it was the delay in mainland parts and getting it to the a legal dealership back and forth. Our jeeps are our babies and Don took very good care of them...in the near future I plan on bringing the Jeeps to Don for little cosmetic work also because of the relationship we build during the fixing of our Jeep. “Bought my first ever diesel. Coming from building cars and doing a small 8” on a 2020 ram 1500. I knew one day I’d want to own a diesel finally found a deal on an already built up 2015 f250. 9” pmf lift. King coil overs. Welded in trust. Instantly at zero knowledge on what was done and what needs to be replaced or fixed if any at all. Brandon was one of the first I called up. When the saying goes “ there is no such thing as a stupid question “ well I’m sure I asked a lot of them. Brandon answered every question with a full explanation to help me learn. Finally scheduled a appt to fully inspect the entire truck oil change and fuel filter change. Needed a huge inspection and fix on front end as stuff was not lining up. Got a call truck was done. Went to shop steering wheel was no longer 170 degrees to the left. Steering was PERFECTLY straight. Was pumped can finally see my speedo. Oil was changed fuel filters changed a whole inspection on bushings bearings u joints whatever you can inspect he inspected got lucky never had to replace anything right off the bat. Overall I know any question I have he’s got the answer will continue going to him and only shop I’ll ever go to for diesel. Brandon and the 808diesel Ohana appreciate the knowledge and hard work you show and appreciate the attention to detail in helping a amateur diesel truck owner like myself.”

“On a recommendation from a close friend, I took four tires that I had recently purchased for my classic 1957 Bel Air to have them installed at Auto Customs in Kalihi. From the time I spoke to Brandon to make an appointment, and throughout the whole process of the tire installation, there was only friendly interaction with their employees who were very cordial while displaying a high degree of professionalism. I was also kept fully informed throughout. The finished product was what I expected for my specialty vehicle. I was in and out in less than an hour, matching the time quoted to me when making the appointment. Of particular note, is the expert service provided by "Jeff" who took care of me during the whole experience. I live in Mililani and it was well worth the commute to have this work done. “Big Mahalo to Jeff and his Crew. Got started on my lift at first crack upon opening up shop at 0900 and as promised had my F150 fitted up and sitting correctly at 1845. I purchased my RC 6" lift on my own, it's not a brand they carry in their shop but excellent work was done. The previous shop that did my RC 2" leveling kit was just all around sloppy. Jeff keeps a tight ship and the condition of his shop reflects their dedication to their craft. Mahalo for blessing me with checking off a lifelong bucketlist item. Go check them out. “The only thing I can say is Awsome!! Willy and his staff is amazing!! I know he has some reviews that knock him for charging $60 for an estimate, all I can say is that's not his fault, blame the insurance companies. Willy is one of the cheaper ones that charges. I know body shops in that area and other areas charging over a $100.00. All I can say writing an estimate takes a while. It's the same thing if you take your car into a repair shop and the charge you for diagnostic charge, do you complain about that??? Anyway, Willy went above and beyond what he was scheduled to do to repair my car. I was at work and a dump truck damaged my passenger side with 7k of damage. The insurance company gave me a rough time getting my claim paid, and Willy didn't put no pressure at all. Once the check came in and I took the car in and Willy said drop it off anytime. When I dropped it off I asked him how long will it take and he said 2 weeks, remind you this was over the 2023 Thanksgiving holiday. 12 days later I had a awesome paint job and repair done. I did and on a lot more work, he ended up painting the whole car. As you know Toyota's fade all the top of the car. Willy did an amazing job!! Thank you guys! Because of inflation paint is very expensive, however Willy uses the best paint products out there. Don't hesitate to look at Tommy's! He made sure I was satisfied and looking good!! Thank you guys again and you won't be disappointed!!”

There is plenty of parking in the plaza. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was greeted when I walked in, and checked on to see if I needed any help to find what I was looking for.
