“Always so helpful and friendly and have a great selection of batteries. I live off grid and bought an Ecoflow delta pro here years ago and they’ve repaired it for me every time I’ve had an issue plus gave me a loaner so I wouldn’t be without. I just bought a backup Anker from here as well so I’d have something more portable. They were great and showed me all the models that might be suitable and helped me choose the most appropriate one.”

Walked me out to my car, assessed the situation and got my car up and running. Advised me on what i should do to up keep my battery and prevent future situations like this from occurring. She was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. Also, she offer me a box for all my stuff that I bought.
