“I was able to get everything I needed to safely install a 50 amp outlet in my garage to charge a Nissan Leaf. They had a good selection of components including an industrial quality NEMA 14-50 outlet for about $22. The guy who helped me was friendly, and didn't show me any condescension even though I was obviously not a licensed electrician, and didn't know all the precise terminology for what I was looking for. He even gave me some PVC conduit for free because it had been sitting out in the sun and he wasn't totally sure it was in perfect condition anymore. A professional looking, typed out invoice was provided by a nice lady in an air conditioned office. I would definitely go back here for my next project.”

Came down to your location(Pearl Kai)this past sunday to get help with my phone problem & she was excellent & very patient with me cause girrrllll it's the 3rd phone I bought in 1 month, all 3 had the same problem? so you can kinda see the heat I was bringing. Anyways, although I still had to buy a whole new phone, she was super helpful. Walked me through the steps & i appreciate it. She needs a promotion immediately? BTW, yal need to fix yal insurance..cause how do yal expect people to pay for insurance & yet when it's needed, we have to wait 3-5 business day for the claim?? The only reason it's not 5 stars is because they very often have SO MANY boxes of products waiting to be put on shelves, that it's very hard to walk around the store. I'm not sure if perhaps they don't have a store room for their products, but it means many times I simply cannot go in the store, because I literally cannot push a stroller in and walk. There simply isn't room.”

“I mostly shop Target online and more often during the holidays. One thing that standouts is their quick shipping. They'll ship your items out the same or next day. Their packing is the best! Whenever I order liquid items, they tape the cap area carefully and securely to prevent spillage using their personalized Target tape. Overall, I use Target online less. Practically all of their items will only ship with a $35 minimum order. And it's not always I'll have a checkout of that amount. This policy started during the height of the pandemic. Target also adds on a surcharge fee for Hawaii if you're not a Red Card member. I notice that a lot of the products that they used to ship are no longer available for shipping. Things I used to buy on a regular basis aren't guaranteed anymore.”

“Elyssa was and is great . She got me discounts reorganized my bill without me asking to give me a discount monthly of $65 dollars a month which will be almost $800 a year I'm so grateful . She also gave me more data and free apple care and discount on my Hulu account or Disney bundle. Graciously reorganize my bill multiple times and calculate 3 different options to give me great service. I like to get the most for what I'm paying and it could seem that I'm difficult but she never change her demeanor or expression. “This Game Stop is at the Kam Shopping Center by Longs Drugs. It's the same size as most of the Game Stops and have the same merchandise. I saw lots of Pop figurines. They also had clothing, stuffed animals, headphones, controllers and games. They had one associate working the store. He was friendly. He asked if we needed any help. We told him that we were just looking. He left us alone to browse the store.”
“I had a problem getting results on the phone when my phone mysteriously died. I had no way to file my claim online (no phone!), so I spent two hours on the landline talking to call-center people, getting a lot of scripted sympathy, but no results. Finally, I decided to go into the store and was immediately greeted by Ka'imi, a very friendly and knowledgeable young woman who filed my online claim from her phone. She said I should get results within a day, but to come back the following day just in case. She said if the claim didn't work for some reason, she would go to another step. I did end up having to buy a burner phone because I needed to have a phone, so I was able to check the status, and the claim was approved very quickly. I went in the next day to thank Ka'imi, and she remembered me. She said, "I was just asking about you!" It did take 12 days to get a replacement, and to my delight, they sent me a free upgrade! Apparently, my model was back-ordered, so they sent me the newer model. I recommend going to the Ewa store, and if you're lucky, Ka'imi will be there to assist you.”
