I live off grid and bought an Ecoflow delta pro here years ago and they’ve repaired it for me every time I’ve had an issue plus gave me a loaner so I wouldn’t be without. I just bought a backup Anker from here as well so I’d have something more portable. They were great and showed me all the models that might be suitable and helped me choose the most appropriate one.”

“Wilson lum manager of Upnext consistently does many things on my Android phone that I find difficult!!! He even pair's my phone to audio on my vehicle, 2 hands on steering wheel, eyes looking directly at traffic, voice command announcement whose calling, I say answer or reject. Friends, associates I briefly state I'm driving & I'm not Portuguese so I can't do 2 things @ the same time! That's what my dearly departed Hawaiian, Portuguese, Irish and French Polynesia fiance always said to me. LOL”
“I was able to get everything I needed to safely install a 50 amp outlet in my garage to charge a Nissan Leaf. They had a good selection of components including an industrial quality NEMA 14-50 outlet for about $22. The guy who helped me was friendly, and didn't show me any condescension even though I was obviously not a licensed electrician, and didn't know all the precise terminology for what I was looking for. He even gave me some PVC conduit for free because it had been sitting out in the sun and he wasn't totally sure it was in perfect condition anymore. A professional looking, typed out invoice was provided by a nice lady in an air conditioned office. I would definitely go back here for my next project.”

“Nate in Appliances was super helpful and is the main reason for this 5-star review. In a nutshell, I ordered a dishwasher from Best Buy's website and ended up needing to exchange it. Something happened during the exchange process and it had to be processed as separate transactions, which caused all sorts of other problems. First, I was told I had to work it out with Best Buy's corporate office -- I tried this, and they directed me back to the store. So I walked in one evening to get a resolution and luckily, Nate was there and helped me sort everything out. It ended well and I now have a wonderful new dishwasher. I'm sure this ordeal was an unwelcome headache for Nate too, but he was incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommend management give him a raise or at least a bonus for being such a fantastic employee.”
“Today is a blessing day for all these times I have issues with my phone bills. I was upset because the customer Services didn't do good job dealing with my problems dealing with Services especially they keep charging my account for almost 17 months straight billed me huge amount which I explained to them I didn't ask for the new promotions or new devices. They told me it free without explained that they will put me on 2 year Contract. I tried to canceled those lines cause I can't afford. They didn't listen or help me at all. They lied to me and keep charging my account not according to my payment arrangements. I was upset cause every month got charged due to my 288.00 plus every month. Today is August 8 2026 Saturday I come to canceled my lines and I was relieved because I understand and get this Mgr step in answer help me get out of my problems. This Mgr name Jacob from Beretania store with the help of Thomas the worker there. I would like to say my appreciation for you guys Jacob and Thomas M for doing a good job to solve my problems. You did great dealing with your Customer Services for above and beyond. Hope you guys keep doing a great job doing your honest and helpful business. God bless you both and Again thank you very much..I really appreciated your business. Looking forward to seeing at the store because I come in to switch to different phone Company. “They have weird hours. Went there a few times and they were closed. Call ahead so you won't be disappointed.Updated review 02.27.2023. Make sure to show up way before 3pm for service. Doors close at 3pm. Have been dealing with Alex for over 5+ years and he is very honest , straight forward, patient and personable. Stood in line and saw crazy people with sob stories in there. Don't try and pull any BS with him, he ain't got no time for any Bu115h;+. Be nice and he will be nice back. Alex deals with a lot of customers that have bad credit, no credit or elderly old school Chinese speaking. Compared to ATnT, Verizon, Sprint , etc will not even talk to you if your credit does not qualify.If you are difficult, walking sad story, manipulative, crazy coocoo ka choo please do not seek him out. He is much too busy for that trash. No offense.5 golden stars for Alex, hang in there dude!”
“This place is amazing!!! Stephany is the most kind and considerate person in the world. I can just tell she's got so much love and kindness in her heart. She helped me in more ways than one by going the extra mile to make sure I was getting the best deals. She didn't have to, but she did anyways. We are currently furnishing an entire home.
