“My kids had a great time and keep asking to go back, so I’m giving four stars despite me not personally having the best experience. I found their staff to be really strict and quick to yell at you without explaining what the rule is or what’s going on. They wouldn’t let anyone open umbrellas because they said it was too windy, despite it being a hot day, no other shady spots available, and not letting anyone in the water for 30 minutes in the middle of the day. We arrived at noon and were told to go straight to the life jackets. When we did, an employee in a nearby hut started yelling at us and told us they wouldn’t help us with life jackets for 20 minutes. We found out from another guest that they close for 30 minutes at noon. The interactions with their staff were awkward and everyone I dealt with seemed unfriendly or annoyed, but it was a hot day. I also wish they had something for kids under 4 years old, their kid area seemed like it would have been great for younger ages.”
“We had Kylie and Kile as our guides and they were AMAZING. Such great people and kind with my 6 year old son who was nervous. Very patient. Everyone who works there were very kind too! Great experience!”

She wasn’t just helpful—she went above and beyond as our coordinator, taking the time to understand my vision and making sure every detail came together beautifully.
Yes, the venue is on the pricier side, but it's worth every penny. The quality of service, the stunning space, and the peace of mind Michelle provided made it all more than worthwhile. I would 100% use this venue and work with Michelle again in a heartbeat. The DJ she recommended was amazing as well with a price you can’t beat.

“There were no events held on the day I was there. Sat in the courtyard and enjoyed shade and tradewinds with a business associate while enjoying iced coffee. Well maintained building. I may try the dental office on the lower level.”

“Beautiful hotel ,beautiful clean beach with no rocks .Pricey as hell.They have multiple pool spaces for adults ,slides for kids ,down to wading pools for babies. Word to the wise areas in the shade and near kid pools get scoped out early for chairs like 6 am. If you are not downstairs by 9:30 . Searching for chairs for your family will be difficult.If you are bringing kids with you I suggest going to Four seasons next door .I hear they have a better buffet”

Waikele Country Club consistently earns its spot near the top of Oahu's public course conversation — and after our visit, it's clear why that reputation holds.
Designed in 1993 by Ted Robinson, whose signature water features appear throughout the 18-hole par-72 layout, the course unfolds across the gently sloping landscape of Waipio with views of Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, and both mountain ranges.
Rolling fairways, undulating Seashore Paspalum greens, and strategically placed bunkers create a round that's visually impressive and strategically demanding.
The Smartgolfcourses team stopped by and found the facilities well-organized: fully stocked pro shop, locker rooms, driving range, and a restaurant.
About 30 minutes from Waikiki, and a consistently solid experience.

“I love coming here, staff is always great, waiting lines are short if going during the weekdays. It is very expensive to buy food and drinks here, highly reccomend eating before coming and just buying drinks when there. Need a debit or credit card in order to get lockers which I highly reccomend. Definitely bring sun glasses and a hat because oooo it gets hot. Remember to stay hydrated.”
