Great service happens here, I have gone in store two different times because the phone support was so terrible, I was ready to give my phones back and quit service until manager Kevin figured out what was wrong with my bill and went beyond expectations to get this resolved. Mahto was also very helpful and I can highly recommend this location..

Found out that not all of my devices are covered under warranty. I've been with AT&T for years and always had insurance and we can't add that 1 device that is not covered now it's so sad that I now have to double check everything that is done in AT&T when I'm there. I think I will be moving to Verizon this is to much. Also I have that other ProTech warranty and they made my daughter add insurance to her iPad isn't it covered under that protech thing that I have.

I love this store, I travel from Naalehu to come back here whenever I have an issue because I'm so used to their great customer service and hands on approach making me feel special and not rushed. I used to live in Keaau so that's why I feel familiar with the area and at home and they keep me feeling that way so, thanks guys.

Kudos to Manager Kevin and Team!
Manager Kevin at the AT&T in Hilo at the Puainako store provided exceptional service as he helped me set up my Apple Watch for cellular use. Despite a longer-than-expected setup time, Kevin remained patient, offering clear explanations and even suggesting nearby lunch spots. His professionalism and dedication were truly commendable.
I must also acknowledge the rest of the team at the store, who were equally wonderful. Their assistance and friendly demeanor contributed to making my visit a pleasant one. Thanks to Kevin and the team, my Apple Watch is now running seamlessly on cellular. I highly recommend this AT&T store for their outstanding service.

I cannot recommend the AT&T store at Puainako Shopping Center near KTA enough. They are by far the better store in Hilo. I haven’t had the best experiences at the downtown location. The staff are very knowledgeable and try to get you the best bang for your buck. They aren’t pushy sales people. They are very friendly and the wait time is never long. They are always really nice and attentive to my young son. This time I had Mahto and he was awesome! He was patient and thorough as we bought 3 phones that needed to be figured out and set up. He put all of the screen protectors on for us and made sure everything was working properly before sending us on our way. They always make it easy even for someone who isn’t that tech savvy. Can’t recommend them enough!

The agent named Shane was awesome! I like how straight forward he was and helped me through an easy process of getting a new phone. He also had helped me get an amazing plan set up and I don't know if it was a lucky day but the discounts and deals he had offered were amazing! I have such an adorable IPhone 15 plus and it's colored PINK!!! Thank you Shane! Also thank you again Shane for placing the protection glass and phone case.

Kevin had helped me when my Business phone went down.
I have been an Apple user for many years and recently my Apple 13 Pro had broke. With a business to run and no incoming calls text or emails, Kevin helped me with best option Available for myself, my business and my plan.

Three months ago I sold my phone to this store in exchange for a credit on my account. After numerous conversations with both Kevin, who is the store manager, and the corporate customer support number, there still is no credit on my account. At this point, it appears AT&T stole my phone from me, and now Kevin is not returning my calls. lolDoes anyone know how to talk to an AT&T employee who actually can help resolve situations like these?

They staff was very friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to get the correct Sim card transferred into my phone. I originally had a first responder Sim card, but after 29 years of being a nurse and developing a disabling illness, I lost the minimal discount since I am no longer able to work. It is beyond AT&T's ability to control the company that provides the first responder Sim. They handled the switch with compassion and efficiency.
