I needed to replace a truck battery. Nera was the first person to notice my entering Autozone. She offered to help and she brightened up the whole store. She even carried the heavy battery out to my car for which I am tremendously grateful! Thanks Nera!!!

After we ate lunch our car wouldn't start. My brother came at jump started it and we decided to go to AutoZone because I knew from years ago experience that they will test our battery and have a wide availability of batteries for sale.
Wyatt tested it and we bought a new battery and Reese took our old one out and installed the new one, which was a yucky task. He also tested the alternator when I asked him. That was above and beyond; both of them gave excellent service. Mahalo, AutoZone and Wyatt and Reese!!

Autozone is a great parts shop. I've had more than a handful of clients who needed to have their battery and alternator checked.
It's great that they'll check the charging system and do basic diagnostics. I say if they check things that deep, don't forget to tip them since it's tricky sometimes. 🤣🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾

Wyatt was awesome! He was very patient with me and my 2 year old! I ask a lot of questions and he taught me a lot! And he just had amazing customer service! Which now days seems hard to find. Thanks Wyatt keep up the great work!!

It's a holday weekend and both of my low beam lights were out. There's no getting into a repair shop. I stopped at one auto parts store that would sell me the lights, but couldn't put them in for me. I went to Auto Zone in Hilo. They sold me the lights and Randall G. put them in for me even though the store was starting to get busy!!! Thank you for the excellent customer service and your help making my car safe and road ready..
