Been banking with them for the last 2 to 3 years. Even when I couldn't keep up with payments they always were flexible with me. Staff is always friendly & easy to work with even though i live mainland i still bank with them. Thank you bifcu for always taking care. ALOHA FROM NM.

Great service and not busy most of the time. Definitely a place where you can feel the spirit of Aloha when you get in because the workers are so friendly. Decent parking area with two way in and out.

Big island federal credit Union is such a wonderful financial institution. I always get incredible service from all the tellers especially Deena. I think she's the supervisor. She is always smiling and always go the extra mile to help her customers. I definitely recommend this credit union to everyone .
