Seth and the team at MME had a bear of time negotiating with Apple to diagnose the unit, and after weeks it was ultimately replaced. I can't say enough good things about Seth and the MME team. Seth was on the phone with me each step of the way (and there were a lot of steps). Excellent communication and customer support. “The 2 women working there were great. Made for a mostly painless process to rent to own a couch. They were both very knowledgeable and tried to get me thru the paperwork as quickly as possible. Only problem they seemed to have was their computers seemed to keep freezing up and running extra slow which kind of made the process a bit more difficult then it needed to be. And you guys only had one small couch that could be sold by itself. Wanted a love seat but for some reason I can’t just buy a loveseat, had to buy the couch that matched it, and I’m not looking to buy both. Luckily she had the one small couch that she was able to offer to sell to me.”
